This Agreement is between Clearly Better Drivers Pty Ltd ACN 680 587 606 (Clear Lease) and the Employer. Clear Lease will provide novated leasing services including education presentations, payroll advice, FBT reporting, and lease management during the Term. Service fees are as set out in the Reference Schedule. The Employer must distribute Clear Lease information to employees and cooperate fully. If the Employer unlawfully terminates, liquidated damages of $260 per managed lease apply. Fees may be reviewed every 2 years with 30 days notice. Governed by the laws of Queensland.

I confirm all details above are accurate and authorise Clear Lease to send the Services Agreement to the authorised signatory for electronic signing via Annature.
